This is not finished yet, I haven't put the picture of me and Becky standing at each side of Laura at a bit of a higher level. I needed me and her looking normal without the blood, cuts and bruises because Laura is the main character who needs to stand out. Also I need to take Laura's photo again but on the SLR and not on the digital camera. Unfortunately the photographs we did take of us had got lost and we will be taking them again soon.
I like this as your magazine, its good, I personally think you don't need the wall in the background, as its not just about this film in this magazine, its about all the latest films, get a few more stories and features on and it will be more like a realistic magazine, but everything else is good such as, the name the fonts, you have a barcode and a tag line, so well done :)!
ReplyDeleteI think that you have got everything on the magazine that should be on it but I think that to have a whole picture as a background doesn't make it stand out. I think that you should cut the picture out and have a plain background
ReplyDeleteThe magazine uses the conventions that you would see in an actual film magazine which is good but I think laura should be much bigger to make it stand out. Maybe cover the image above as the background or don't use it because the picture of laura gives a clear idea of what the genre is.

You have ticked most of the typical conventions of a film magazine. I think the sides look slightly empty but i'm sure you are going to fill that in anyway. Overall cool draft. Looks good :)
